Relationship

It is the ship i am on, in the company of every one i am realted to … undertaking the journey of my life. It is remarkable that this ship has infinite capacity. It is also remarkable that the ones on this ship can be on infinite number of such ships at the same time, with varying intensity of presence. No matter how many new relationships i create, it always has space to accomodate new ones.

Me … We

There is a special seat on my relationship, which has been kept vacant all through out these years, reserved for a special person in my life, my spouse. I am entering into a marital relationship, whereby this seat is getting filled, and my status is getting transformed from me to we. We as a family would take precedence over Me as an individual.

This relationship is special for the reason, me and my spouse would have the same intensity of presence on each other’s relationships.

I can never replace one relationship with another. Each had its part to play in my life and to me each is unique in its own way. These relationships gifted me with the possibility of sharing my moments of joy/glory, sharing my grief, looking up for support when needed, getting advises for my good, …
